📍 Location & Accessibility
Q: Where is the hotel located? A: Our historic villa is directly on the seafront, just 300 meters from Alassio’s old town and about 1 km from the train station. It’s the perfect location to explore the city on foot.
Q: Do you have an elevator? A: No, the property does not have an elevator. Rooms are located on the ground, first, and second floors. If you have specific needs, please contact us before booking.
📅 Bookings & Cancellations
Q: What is your cancellation policy? A: We offer a single rate, always including breakfast. Cancellation is free up to 14 or 5 days before arrival, depending on the season. Full details are shown during booking.
Q: Can I modify an existing reservation? A: Absolutely. If you booked directly with us, feel free to contact us by email or phone. If you booked through a platform (e.g. Booking.com), we recommend managing changes directly through their system.
🕒 Check-in / Check-out
Q: What are the check-in and check-out times? A: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.
Q: Can I arrive earlier or leave later? A: Early arrival is always possible — you’re welcome to leave your luggage and start enjoying your holiday. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur a fee. Still, you’re welcome to leave your luggage and continue enjoying your holiday
🚗 Parking & Mobility
Q: Do you offer parking? A: Yes, we have reserved parking spaces available for a fee, ranging from €15 to €30 per day depending on the season. Advance booking is recommended.
Q: Do you provide bicycles or e-bikes? A: We do not offer bikes or e-bikes, but we provide a secure BIKE ROOM where guests can park their own bicycles. A charging outlet is also available. If you want to rent a bike, we recommend https://www.freeridealassio.it/
🍽️ Breakfast & Dining
Q: Is breakfast included? A: Yes, breakfast is always included in the rate. It is served each morning either in the indoor dining room or in the sea view garden, depending on the season and weather.
Q: Do you have a restaurant? A: We do not have an in-house restaurant, but we work with selected local restaurants and are happy to make reservations on request.
🏖️ Beach & Sea
Q: Are you directly on the beach? A: Yes, the villa faces the sea. We collaborate with a beach club directly in front of the hotel and can reserve umbrellas and sunbeds upon request. In summer, especially July and August, it’s essential to book this service together with your room. The cost is never included in the room rate.
Q: Is there a public beach nearby? A: Yes, about a 5-minute walk away. It’s quite small and crowded during summer, so we generally don’t recommend it in high season.
Q: Can I access the sea for swimming or walking? A: Absolutely. Sea access is always possible and free of charge.

Q: How many rooms do you have? A: We have 14 double rooms, 5 single rooms, and one family room.
Q: What’s the difference between the single rooms? A: Standard singles have a 90 cm bed, while superior singles feature a 120 cm bed and frontal or side sea view.
Q: What amenities are included in the rooms? A: All rooms offer:
Individually adjustable heating and air conditioning
Television, direct phone line, safe, minibar
Private bathroom with shower and hairdryer
Minibar stocked with 500 ml bottled water (charged separately)
🐾 Pets
Q: Are pets allowed? A: We welcome small and medium-sized pets for a supplement of €10 per night. During the bathing season, only certain beaches allow dogs — we’ll gladly provide an updated list.
💳 Payments & City Tax
Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept cash, credit cards (except American Express), debit cards, and instant bank transfers.
Q: Is there a city tax? A: Yes, the local city tax is €1.50 per person per night, for a maximum of 5 consecutive nights.
